Greg Lipper is the founder and CHO of Happi, a mobile micro-survey app, providing custom and syndicated research in 15 countries and 10 languages. Happi was founded in 2015, helping brands to engage at scale with specific consumer segments. The Happi app also enables users to support a cause they are passionate about, win prizes, and receive tailored promotions without spending any money. Happi helps not only brands to understand consumers better, but also supports community groups and charities, while building affinity for brands supporting good causes. Working with one exclusive market research partner in each country, Happi is expanding geographically and demographically, developing the best mobile micro-survey platform in the world. As an entrepreneur, consultant, and employee, Greg has been creating new businesses in innovative ways, managing sales teams and building businesses in Asia for 30 years. Before creating the social enterprise Happi, he worked with Mitsubishi Corporation, started a market entry consultancy, and built Peregrine Systems in Japan. He moved to Singapore in 2001, most recently running HP Software’s SaaS business across Asia.
